WHITE RIOT: A Lisburn based band that came into being around 2/3 years ago when two school boys decided to jam after school. Overtime came changes and improvements and therefore a natural progression. Currently the band is a four piece: Harris Wain (lead vocalist) Billy Bogan (guitarist/backing vocals) Matthew Mills (bassist) Peter Mckibben (Drummer) The band recorded an EP in April 2005, but Harris had not joined at that point therefore Billy was lead vocalist. The band put together a decent performance which is currently their demo disc and due to improvements over time, it is not the most accurate representation of the current standard of the band. Currently the band is looking to gig in venues around the Belfast area, and are looking forward to a successful year. |
